1 Application photo optional

Default is approximately 35 × 45 mm at 300 DPI, not a universal application requirement. Photo is center-cropped to your chosen size; check background and framing yourself.

2 Signature optional

Preserves the whole image inside the selected dimensions. PNG preserves existing transparency; it does not automatically remove a photo background.

3 Existing PDF optional

Checks file header and size; keeps the original PDF unchanged. This tool does not compress PDF files, inspect their contents or combine PDFs into one.

Prepare application documents without jumping between websites

Different applications require different photo dimensions, file formats, and maximum file sizes. Type in the requirements shown on your application portal, upload your images and PDF, and check the results before submitting.

What does the ZIP contain?

The pack includes your prepared photo, signature, original PDF (if provided) and a report describing the format and file size checks that passed. You can also download files individually.

What is not checked?

We do not certify passport-photo compliance, inspect content, verify identity, remove image backgrounds, perform OCR or guarantee that a receiving organization will accept the files. Always compare the results with official submission requirements.
